A relaxing stay
varied breakfast lovely garden
I thought the breakfast and dinner choices were quite varied. I found sunbeds available no matter what time I went to the pool. The garden is lovely! The pools were also well kept.

cold paella rubbery fish
The Spanish restaurant disappointed me. The paella was cold. The fish was rubbery. I suspect our food had been waiting a while before it was served. It was annoying that I had to go to the main pool for towels. Towels were not available at each pool.

The grounds are extensive with tall palm trees. Pathways promote relaxation. A well-equipped gym is available, alongside several pools and a spa.. I found dining options diverse, with numerous restaurants catering to various tastes. The staff exhibited a readiness to assist.
The hotel charged for bottled water, which seemed unnecessary.

The hotel features heated pools ensuring comfortable swimming conditions. Guests can access the beach directly, with convenient access from the boardwalk, also nearby are diverse restaurants and shops enhancing the overall experience.

Staff in the dining areas are attentive. The hotel cleaning staff provided a high level of cleanliness, maintaining rooms to a superior standard. Check-in was smooth, beginning with a welcome drink while my room was readied.

excellent experience in a wonderful location
peaceful paths modern gym varied food
the gardens were big and included tall palm trees with peaceful paths perfect. the spa was available with several pools and a gym with equipment. many restaurants provided different types of food, offering variety to impress every palate.
some areas needed better signage, making navigation slightly difficult.

the staff was professional, customer focused, and always smiling, even from the waiters to the doorkeepers. a receptionist from slovakia was especially helpful, ensuring any request was addressed immediately.

the gardens are lovely for walks. the food selection was great. it was delicious. the walk in shower was large enough to hold a family.
i found several pools all very clean. it was annoying to have to go to the main pool for towels. i think it would be better to have towels available at each of the pools. depending on where your room is, you have to cross the lobby to get to the main pool.
